Judgement is Essential

Judgement is essential.

The ability to make sound decisions based on available information, experience, and critical thinking is a fundamental skill for success in any domain. Exercising good judgement allows us to navigate complex situations, weigh risks and benefits, and arrive at well-reasoned conclusions.

However, in today’s climate, the phrase “judgement” often carries a negative connotation, associated with being overly critical or making hasty assumptions about others. It’s important to recognize that true judgement is not about passing undue criticism, but rather about applying discernment and wisdom to make informed choices.

By cultivating and applying good judgement, we can make better decisions, solve problems more effectively, and contribute positively to our personal and professional lives.
